This week is going to be a hectic one for me. My mother is having her surgery on Tuesday although we still don’t know the exact time yet. I’m not sure when I’ll be around, but I’ll try my best to get on when I can. I have two things posted in the queue for my Wiccan blog, but other than that, my other blogs are going to be very quiet. If you send questions or messages, please don’t expect speedy responses.
And just in case you are wondering, my mother is having her thyroid removed due to a strong suspicion of cancer. So far, that is all that is scheduled but if they get her opened up and discover it is cancer, and that it has spread to her lymph nodes, the surgery gets much more serious at that point.
I’ll check in when I can, just don’t worry if I’m not around for a few days. My love to all of you!

It wasn’t that I was opposed to bathing, it was just that I didn’t feel we had time to waste on such things. But once Wammy and Light ganged up on me, I had little choice.
Sometimes a bath is much more fun than a shower, especially when you’re not alone. Assuming of course you WERE at least showering….LOL
My point exactly, Dotti. Given the lack of time we had to waste on bathing, a five minute shower was much more effective. But when Light insisted I take the night off to relax in the bath (and then Wammy agreed with him) I became agitated. I was showering daily, it was just the thought of taking an entire night off to sit in a bathtub.
Of course, once Light and I were in the bath and he started to…work his magic, shall we say, I changed my tone quite a bit. And I cut the security cameras at a certain point, too.

I’m afraid I fail to see how either one of us is a “cockwhore” or “manslut” considering the fact that he is the only man (or person) I have ever been with sexually, and I am the only man Light has ever been with sexually. True, Light has had intercourse with two women- one was a girl in school and it only happened once, while the other was a brief relationship with a girl in college that lasted roughly 3 months and they only had sex 5 or 6 times.
Unless my understanding of the words “whore” and “slut” are incorrect, I don’t see how either of these monikers fit us. But everyone is allowed their own opinion and if this is yours, that is fine.

Oh my goodness, it was unseasonably hot here today.
Light and I helped out a great deal at the school getting things ready for the end of the year festival, but then we came home to…relax for a bit. However once we returned home, there was not much rest to be had. The warm weather makes Light feel very…amorous (to say the least).
So now we are both exhausted and heading to bed. I hope you all had a good day, as well.

I haven’t said anything to Near about seeing him with Sayu. Light and I talked about it again and we decided it really was better to let it evolve on it’s own. We haven’t seen them together since the wedding, but Near has been very busy with something he’s working on for Wammy so he hasn’t really had much free time.
I thought about talking to him and perhaps suggesting he take a break from work and ask Sayu to walk in the gardens with him one evening, but I don’t want to embarrass him. I can’t imagine how hard it would be for him to ask Sayu to spend time with him. As much as I want to tell him to spend time with her- I would hate for this opportunity to pass him by if it is truly something he wants- I also do not want to interfere or influence fate one way or another.
So for now Light and I are just watching from a distance. If it is meant to be, it will happen.

When Near first came to us, he was just an infant. But as he started to grow, many people that would see us off the grounds of Wammy’s House thought we were brothers. I’m not sure if it had something to do with the messy hair, the dark eyes, or the deadpan expression, but I sometimes see a resemblance between the two of us as well.
Though I have yet to see Near in a proper suit. For some reason he has gotten away without having to wear one. Lucky little bugger!
I am L. During my time on the Kira case, I met & fell in love with Light Yagami, the main suspect in my investigation. I discovered a "Death Note" in Light’s possession that altered his ability to function of his own free will. It controlled him, forcing him to commit the murders. Once I proved this to the Japanese Government, they told me they intended to execute him; needing a scapegoat & a tidy ending. I was told to transfer him to their custody & leave the country. That didn't happen. Light & I lived on the streets, gathering evidence against the government, giving me proof for other governments and world police agencies. We barely got out alive. Most of the world accepts our side of the story; some think I conjured a conspiracy theory to save my lover from execution. Light and I live at Wammy's House in England. Due to death threats, to his mother and sister (Light's father has since passed) I got them out as well. They live in another residence on the grounds of Wammy's.
